Hiking at the Laguna Coast Wilderness Park

2013년1월5일 토요일 8시30분 등산동호회원들이 Laguna Coast Wiledr Park 에 모여 3시간에 걸쳐 유산소를 들이마시며 재미있는 등산을 즐겼읍니다. 올라가고 내려오면서 오솔길과 바위틈을 걸어 내려오는 기분이 상쾌 했읍니다.

Laguna Coast Wilderness Park is 7,000 acres (2,800 ha)

and is part of the South Coast Wilderness area in south Orange County,

and is a popular destination for locals and tourists.

There are trails that are very popular with the mountain biking community,

and are at a wide range of difficulty, from beginners to experts.

Most trails gain 300 to 800 feet (91 to 240 m) in elevation, and several lead to downtown Laguna Beach.
